I just have to share my new favorite blog to read. A friend of mine told me about it, figuring I'd like it since this blogger and I seemed to have some things in common. And she was right!

Thanks for sharing that blog - I saw she made beirocks (SP?). It motivated me to make homemade hot pockets, and my kids loved them. I'm so much happier knowing that at least it's food I cooked rather than frozen, filled with preservatives, food going in Dillon's lunch box.
